The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for this Website and service.

Information Automatically Logged

We use Sentry.io, an automatic debugging service, in the event Sublime Ads throws an error, with minimal information held about you. We only hold your customer id for debugging purpose only on Sentry.io.

Server logs are filtered for sensitive data and deleted after 7 days. Server logs do contain IP addresses, but we do not access logs for any purpose except for debugging or security if ever required. We have no way to tie any of this to your identity. This also applies to any third-party visiting the site.

Your personal data, billing data, or other sensitive information, is never stored in any unencrypted way.

We use Cloudflare to protect the service from malicious abuse of the platform. Read their privacy policy hereopen in new window.

We use Bunny.net CDNopen in new window to serve images. We retain 7 days of data of partial IP addresses to protect against abuse.

Encryption

Sublime Ads employs advanced encryption and the database is fully encrypted at rest, in flight and also any server backups are encrypted using a special key and file.

Billing Section

Sublime Ads uses Stripeopen in new window to handle payments. See their respective Privacy policy.

We do not store your credit card details.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We use SSL encryption to ensure privacy between you and us.

We use Cloudflareopen in new window to protect the service from malicious abuse of the platform.

Third Parties

Except for debugging, or delivering images, as mentioned above, we do not share any data with a third party nor do we ever sell your data. We respect you as a human being.

Analytics

We use no analytics to track visitors to our site on either the homepage or logged in area.

We used to use Fathomopen in new window to track visits to the homepage only. This data was stored in an anonomized way, in a EU data locationopen in new window. We no longer use this and no data has been stored in a backup.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you logged in. This is deleted when logging out. We do not use this cookie for anything else other than providing you with a great service.

Some local storage data is stored to keep track of your settings (when logged in), for example your date ranges you select for viewing stats.

Privacy for consumers

Sublime Ads is privacy first and if the users of the platform so wish they may track the amount of taps and views an ad receives.

We DO NOT track anything except the actual tap/click on the ad, or a view. No personal information is ever stored.
